Interview and assessments seemed appropriate
Graduate, Melbourne - 10 Nov 2023
There was a personality test, an IQ test, reading comprehension test, maths test, short answer questions, one way video interview, phone call, then an interview with the team lead and HR

There is an online video assessment prior to a group interview so it is quite a long process. I understand removing many people from the process it's necessary but it's quite a lot.

Generally very rigorous with multiple stages including psychometric, IQ testing, assessment centre and final interview. Assessment centre was held online.

Multiple rounds of online assessments. Assessment centre via teams with group and individual interviews. Overall it was a smooth process and each stage felt relevant to the job applied for.

I feel like there were so many hoops to jump through to do the formal grad process and so much time you needed to put into it and was a huge stress and time burden, especially during uni. I know other grads who did not have to do the formal process and still got the same position. I feel like it could have been shortened or done all in one go.

Once I applied for the position, the early career specialist did a short interview about the motivation and background of the application. Then I got an interview chance with my current manager, he asked what I learned in the master course in Australia as well as my home country, Korea. Then, when the manager wants to hire me, we discuss when I can relocate and start to work. It had the flexibility to join the team.

It is intense as there are a lot of steps with time in-between each. The team are really nice and helpful.
Graduate, Melbourne - 08 Nov 2023
I cannot remember it to be honest. My team hires well in my opinion. The team member needs to be able to support our team and as best as possible, gel with our culture (as I outlined previously). My current group lead has the hiring process down pat.

Multi-stage. There was psychometric testing, followed by an assessment center and team interviews.
Graduate, Brisbane - 08 Nov 2023
It is an extensive interview process with significant guidance throughout. The recruitment team is very considerate and there are a number of anti-discrimination policies in place.

I was lucky enough to get recruited by recommendation, so I missed the assessments. Interview process was easy, relaxing and very informative.

Graduate, Sydney - 08 Nov 2023
I was interviewed for an undergrad position two years ago and then got a grad position after that. Was a one-way interview followed by an interview with my manager (to be)
