Job Description

To provide professional Business Admin support to Airbus Singapore business leaders to enable focus on the commercial, international and operations goals, objectives and strategies. The job holder should be someone who is able to represent the Airbus Singapore team in a professional manner.

  • Provide high-level calendar management to the relevant stakeholders
  • Manage complex travel arrangements for relevant stakeholders and their teams
  • Manage travel budget and process travel billing through close Finance collaboration and adherence to the company travel policy for relevant stakeholders and team
  • Deliver on-time expenses claim submission for relevant stakeholders and their teams
  • Provide professional business and across-business internal stakeholders, customers, lessors and officials visits
  • Handle Employee onboarding
  • Raise PR for respective Cost Centers
  • Manage employment badge (Local & Overseas)
  • Handle mailer, registration, courier services, company cards, brochures etc
  • Handle all admin matters for the smooth operation of the team including maintaining proper e-filing/filing
