What are we looking for?
- Final year law student or fresher or anyone who wants to return to work post sabbatical with a keen interest in technology, IT, IPR, data privacy laws.
- A “can-do” attitude that seeks solutions rather than presenting obstacles.
- Willingness to work across time zones in an environment where flexibility and resourcefulness are valued and rewarded.
- Availability for at least 3 months.
What can you expect in the role?
- Draft, review and analyze, commercial contracts, including agreements relating to technology, licensing (on-premise software and SaaS/cloud-based services), professional services, as well as other commercial agreements including non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements, and requests for proposal and solicitations.
- Work with contract management systems.
- Do legal research on various laws across jurisdictions such as data privacy laws, competition laws, etc.
