CFN Dispute Analytic team that leads the strategic thinking and works closely with multiple stakeholders within the CFN Leadership team. The team supports enablement and usage, driving best practices, business goals, and efficiencies.

Your role

Specifically, this role will be responsible for supporting the MIS/Analytics in form of PowerPoint presentations too to drive improvements by implementing analytical solutions. Work with larger groups/ teams to identify BAU processes that can be standardized. This activity could also include supporting other key mandated projects.

Responsibilities 

  • Drive project activities to support the successful implementation of recommended solutions thereby driving improvement.
  • Take full ownership of outcomes/actions on Projects, leading meetings, driving activities, facilitating tasks, and taking accountability for the completion of actions.
  • Create strong governance by bringing together a consolidated view of key CFN critical metrics.
  • Work effectively across multiple groups and organizations.
  • Maintain awareness of overall CFN strategy to ensure this is consistently applied across all work.
  • CFN is a global network, so there will be a need to participate and/or lead calls accommodating different time zones.

Critical Factors to Success

  • Driving the process standardization, re-design, and automation agenda across servicing spectrum to drive faster & accurate customer outcomes whilst enhancing internal efficiencies and productivity.
  • Responsible for supporting the MIS/Analytics to drive improvements by implementing analytical solutions. Work with larger groups/ teams to identify BAU processes that can be standardized.
  • Work to proactively identify and prevent defects, facilitating remediation where necessary.
  • A close partnership will be needed with Capabilities, Operations, other Integration teams, Disputes CODES, and Business teams to drive initiatives aimed at eliminating servicing friction points.
  • Maintain awareness of overall CFN strategy to ensure this is consistently applied across all work.
  • Portray the findings in form of PowerPoint presentations as required.
  • Experience in leading project work streams a definite advantage customer services process.
  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw inferences and highlight opportunities to improve customer experience and drive efficiencies.
  • Ability to build and leverage relationships to drive and support
  • Experience in Disputes process preferred.
