Work closely with candidates, hiring leaders, and recruiters to ensure real-time communication on recruiting initiatives and issues arising
Ensure high-quality results, process compliance to operating guidelines, and aligning with global recruitment standards
Create, validate and post requisitions
Review applicants' resumes and provide shortlisted candidates
Make candidate and requisition updates in the applicant tracking system appropriately and in real-time
Email candidate resume (and any other required documents) and interview schedule to the interviewing team and candidate
Coordinate interview schedules for candidates utilizing internal email calendar technology (i.e. Microsoft Outlook) and our video interview platform, any schedule changes, and modify the schedule accordingly
Collect interview guides and all requisite process details and file them accordingly
Comply with the department of labor mandates and external/internal audits
Execute end to end offer management process and ensure all offer templates and new hire contracts are up to date
Ensure data integrity throughout the Recruiting lifecycle; this includes loading new positions into the ATS, scanning and saving supporting documentation, and maintaining data routinely
Support recruiters in generating and sending offers and contracts to the candidate, and sending disposition correspondence as needed
Escort candidates during on-site interviews and ensuring a positive interviewing experience
Initiate and assess pre-hire diligence, including background checks and drug screens
Ensure required documents are collected in advance and educate candidates to upload on background verification portal to avoid last minute hassle and ensure seamless onboarding
Liaison with Background Verification, Right To Work, and Recruitment Servicing Operations team to ensure process compliance
Communicate process and benefits including changes in process, new initiatives/projects, and additional service offerings
Regular reporting of data accuracy with needed follow-ups with recruitment team members across the regions to ensure system adherence.
Participate in industry events, travel within and outside primary work location for recruitment activities
Background
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
1-5 years of relevant experience in running full-cycle recruitment experience, system adherence, and process governance
Prior experience in recruiting support & administration activities like screening, scheduling, offer management, onboarding, etc.
In-depth knowledge of the recruitment systems, ATS (Taleo), HRIS, and recruitment policies related to new hire recruitment
Worked in a team that emphasized group contributions
Ability to perform under pressure and high volumes
Excellent communication, partnership, influencing, and problem-solving skills
Executing continuous improvement (e.g. onboarding)
Able to adapt own approach and style to the situation
