Promoting and furthering IDE at AngloGold Ashanti Australia is a dedicated IDE team that sits within the People and Capability department. The work of this team is supported by the IDE committee, which is open to all employees who wish to learn more, share ideas, show their commitment to inclusion, diversity, and equity, and contribute to fostering an inclusive and safe workplace culture.
