Role Description
Job Purpose
- Support the Payroll and Retirement Benefit operations
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance to the Universal Account Number related provisions under the Provident Fund Act together with the related documentation.
- Making timely payment of statutory and other dues on a monthly basis
- Documentation of nomination forms of new joiners and assist submission to RPFC.
- Sending of MIS on open items in Payroll / Retirement Benefits team
- Assist in statutory compliance in payroll and retiral benefits
