Position Summary

Intern, Global Talent Acquisition at Bain & Company manages candidate logistics for hiring for assigned roles. Additionally, provides critical Talent Acquisition team support throughout every step of the recruiting process which includes sourcing talent for a variety of open positions and discussions with candidates.

Essential Functions

• Provide recruiting support for all Global Talent Acquisition positions.
• Builds and maintains a network of potential candidates and identifies talent through established and new channels.
• Creates an impressive experience for candidates at every step, including coordinating all interview details and logistics.
• Provides recommendations and best practices to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruiting and interview process.
• Maintains proper records via the applicant tracking system. 
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1-year experience in sourcing/recruiting.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively source active and passive candidates.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Strong customer focus and sense of urgency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage competing demands.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is an added advantage.
