Execute the Sales & Distribution plan with the objective of achieving volume targets and in-market standards set for the assigned territory.
OTIF execution of cycle activities as per cycle instructions including NPI launch and prominent siting of POSMs in the market.
Provide constructive feedback on cycle activities execution to seek continuous improvement.
Track and monitor sales achievement against targets and develop action plans to close the gap if any.
Gather and generate ideas from the market to enhance on developing local initiatives to drive volumes growth.
Ensure achievement of distribution targets as per Brand Coverage Plan.
Drive in-market stocks rotation through the SSTs to ensure stocks' freshness in the market at all times.
Manage the application of Call to Call Credit to Low Volume Outlets (LVO) with the purpose of optimizing calls and improving the OOS situation in the market. This includes the management of credit overdue/outstanding and bad debts.
Ensure change of outlets status are duly updated into the Swift system i.e. registration of new outlets, status change – close, temporary close, active & inactive
Effective deployment of Anti Illicit Trade (AIT) strategy and actively contribute to the intelligence gathering on illicit trade and competitor intel.
Fresh Graduate or Experienced Sales/Marketing Executive
Strong negotiation skills and result-oriented.
Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build relationships across all levels, both internally and externally.
Possess at least a Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
