Assist in the preparation of proposals and other documentation with work completed accurately and to target standards
Develop an understanding of the industry, professional bodies, the business process and its clients, relevant standards and procedures in the discipline
Understand and engage in the business and associated operations participating professionally and enthusiastically
I project teams, learning about budget and revenue expenditure against client satisfaction measures
Provide quality service to internal and external clients escalating client inquiries or issues as appropriate
Communicate positively and effectively ensuring that team members, managers and clients are consistently well informed about progress and timelines
Maintain positive working relationships developing networking and consulting skills
Qualification
Degree in a Mechanical Engineering
0-2 years experience in the design & supervision of building service projects
Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations, and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures
Competent user of relevant engineering software
Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English
Able to work independently & exercise initiative
Familiar with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or other 3D software for BIM will be an advantage
A team, client, and delivery focused working style
Experience in a consulting environment and able to commence within a short notice period is an advantage.
