In my recent rotation, I had the opportunity to get firsthand experience of how our data is transformed from its raw inputs to refined formats ready for our data analytics and science team. It was incredibly rewarding to see the tangible impact of the data infrastructure I’ve built being extensively used by the stakeholders.

The coolest thing about my job is the people I get to work with and learn from. Whether it be learning technical skills through direct help and feedback or learning through observations on how others contribute to team goals. 

The coolest thing has been the opportunity to jump right in and start developing features and seeing them get pushed to production, even in your first few weeks. Seeing the impact you have had motivates you to keep learning and improving.

The coolest part about my job is the sense of responsibility I am given. Therefore, now I am driven to look at problems as opportunities for learning.

I had the awesome opportunity to learn all about the Machine Learning process and contribute to the inner workings of some complex AI training pipelines and infrastructure.

Being a part of such a welcoming rotational program has given me a wealth of insight into how the business runs holistically.
