Please describe the interview process and assessments.
I had three interviews. First round was between myself and the Talent Acquisition Manager in the Sydney Office. From there I had a skype interview with someone on the team and the Senior Manager in the team from Melbourne. Finally I had a panel interview with the Management team and the Area Director.
