Our Graduate Program
Our Commercial Graduate Program is a 2-3 year rotational program designed to give you real responsibility from day one, along with the opportunity to learn and develop your skills! As a Reckitt Graduate, you will be centre stage, making your mark on our brands and driving your own global career.

Essential Requirements:

  • You must have graduated in the last 3 years, i.e. 2021, 2020 or 2019
  • Completion of your degree with a minimum credit average
  • Citizenship or Permanent Residency in Australia or New Zealand
