Company places an emphasis on work/life balance and we have regular team social events and catch ups. All levels of the company are willing to help when asked and I have been able to go directly to directors and ask for help when required.

I do feel as though there is a good culture in the company. I get along with 2 colleagues who I spend time with outside of office hours. I do find that the Queensland team is quite isolated compared to the other states and teams. I do feel as though I am able to contact any person in the company and they will help with anything no matter what position on the hierarchy.
