Managers are very accessible and engage in weekly file reviews to set an official time to assist with files. Outside of that they are always willing to discuss any queries or find out the answer to assist you. I have two weekly catch-ups with different manager so feel very supported in this manner.

My direct manager left the company only a couple of months into my job, therefore, there was a bit of disruption regarding who we report to etc. We had to report to our manager who was located in Sydney. Despite the distance, they're very accessible via phone or email and provide great direction and feedback constantly
