Do you have any specific tips and advice for candidates applying to your company? How would you recommend they best prepare?
Research the workers compensation system and understand what the role of the rehabilitation consultant is. It would be handy to know that the business provides other services than just return to work, i.e. corporate health, safety. Also more specifically, a sense of humour and easy going nature will get you a long way.
