Amazing! I love how well everyone gets along with each other, in my cohort we're very well organised. The company culture is fantastic, everybody is incredibly approachable and friendly, and if they don't have an answer to a question no matter how silly I think it is they always know someone who does!

I love my role and day-to-day responsibilities! The learning is great, the culture is great, the people are amazing and we all have so much fun collaborating and working together.

All the managers and leaders have been easily accessible throughout the whole time. All very easy to talk to and approachable. They live by the open-door policy.

The HQ is very modern and a happy place to work. Great office spaces. Free gym being installed downstairs. Great end of trip facilities with showers and lockers. Great social space with pool table, video games, etc.

They explained the role in depth, and they encouraged me to ask questions throughout the interview. It was a very friendly atmosphere and I felt very comfortable through the whole experience. Where I worked, how I approach difficult positions, how I collaborate with my team and by myself. Research about the company and make sure their values and philosophies align with your own.

I love the concept of bonuses via Hack day and other competitions! I'm very satisfied with my pay. Free breakfast everyday, Friday afternoon drinks from 4pm, Free 10 minutes messages, Lunch room, Pool table, console games, board games etc, paid foundation days (2.5 days a year) to volunteers for a charity, O-week.

The training and development has been very thorough. There is a significant amount of learning to be done but it's all very well-paced, and lots of collaboration between team members.

The company is very flexible! I wasn't used to a 9am-5pm shift (I'm a morningbird), and when I spoke about it with my people leader she agreed that I could work earlier and finish a little earlier!
