At T+T, we strongly believe that it's our people that keep our clients coming back. Our people are known for delivering award winning solutions, working collaboratively, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. They are our greatest asset, and we invest in their development, well-being, and their ambitions.

Tonkin + Taylor is a 100% New Zealand-owned specialist environmental and engineering consultancy with offices across New Zealand and in Australia.

We are hiring now for Engineering Graduates to join us in early 2022!

If you have a keen interest in developing a career as a civil designer, along with a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar - then we want to hear from you! You'll be working on civil design projects and assisting in 2D design and 3D modelling.

If you are looking for other Engineering, Planning, Science or Data opportunities please check out our other vacancies.

At T+T you will be empowered…

…with our Trust

Our graduates agree that T+T is a trusting employer. We'll expect you to be self-driven and show a willingness to take on responsibility and get things done; in return you'll be given a great deal of autonomy and lots of opportunities to learn and progress. You'll be treated like any other engineer or scientist and be given a mobile phone account, as well as working autonomously, with opportunities to travel.

…with our Support

From day one you'll be supported by a team of approachable colleagues who are happy to help you, including our expert senior engineers and scientists. You'll have access to a range of internal and external training courses and have your professional membership paid for.

Our Graduate Programme (GO2022) will help you transition into the workforce and support your career development pathway.

We promote an open culture where innovation and lateral thinking is encouraged. T+T is a place where you can feel comfortable asking others for advice and where people are equally willing to listen to your ideas.

We know it can be a juggling act fitting your work and outside interests into daily life, so along with an excellent remuneration package, we offer additional benefits to help you achieve a work/life balance.

We are looking for top talent and inquisitive minds, those who are looking for an exceptional, open environment to help them succeed.
We particularly encourage speakers of Te Reo Māori or Pasifika languages to apply.

Think you'd fit? Hit the apply button to apply and ensure you attach a CV and academic transcript.

We will only accept online applications and the closing date is 5th April 2021
