Delivering the campaign (promo and non-promo) activities on time and of zero-error, by enabling coordinated, efficient, and streamlined end-to-end execution processes
bridge discussion with different stakeholders & ensure alignment of process (i.e. inform customer operation team for their readiness in answering customer enquiries)
execute campaign output using the assigned tools to bring the campaign execution to live
ensure available documents as reference point for various stakeholders
ensure a streamlined and efficient processes and possible improvement areas
Develop smart, actionable recommendations and reports that support business growth
Provide custom analyses requested
Able to lead small projects (with supervision/guidance)
Act as individual contributor, and work with various stakeholders
Address business problems assigned to insights
Execute and continuously optimize campaign governance for owned-media
Qualifications
At least having 1-2 years of similar experiences, having experience in doing campaign management is a plus point
Detail-oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skill, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Meticulous, structured and excellent at executing things
Ability to cope and perform well-provided checklist/items in hands to be closed or implemented
