Monitor regulatory activities and policy implementations independently with minimum supervision
Provide support on a brand campaign towards government stakeholders (policymakers and others) by socializing Traveloka values and missions
Propose ideas and hypotheses on existing, emerging, and potential public policy issues based on identification, tracking, and research; collaborate with Traveloka BUs and Functions team members to determine business impact and to develop strategic and tactical plans to manage issues both internally and externally
Identify threats and opportunities from the trends and development in public policy issues
Identify licensing requirements and anticipate potential regulatory issues in Traveloka's new products/features
Proactively work in close collaboration with other Traveloka stakeholders in related disciplines, including but not limited to Public
Relations, Corporate Strategy, Business Units, Legal Counsel, and others, including through partnership to develop and execute cross-function projects and initiatives to drive strategic company outcomes
Run a stakeholder mapping exercise regularly to develop a holistic engagement strategy and provide support on relationship management as necessary
Project manage smaller events or other relevant activities to support government relations and advocacy efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in public policy, law, international relations, or macroeconomics)
Display a strong leadership and teamwork capability
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
