Offered candidates will be working on permanent payroll with Trigent Software Pvt Ltd and deployed to work at the client's location.
Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement
- Good customer service skills with a neutral accent.
- Basic technical knowledge of Telecom Industry, OSI Model, Different Networks, Computers, peripherals like Modem, Routers, Switches, Windows operating systems, Internet connectivity, Email software, Browser software.
- Ability to multi-task in the usage of different applications and tools.
