Responsibilities

• Installation of Wakefit furniture at customer’s place

• Cleaning the space where installation is done at the customer’s place

• Intensive traveling up to 100 km per day in Wakefit vehicle

• Being polite with the customer and taking his feedback for the product

• Attentive to detail and always alert to ensure the safety of himself and the customer

• Managing toolkit and hardware provided by Wakefit

• Maintaining personal hygiene while going for furniture installations

Requirements

• Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics

• Ability to perform mathematical operations such as Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and division

• Knowledge of measurement conversion such as meter to the centimeter, inch to millimeter

• Ability to identify and operate pneumatic and electric tools

• Ability to ride motor vehicle and must possess a driver’s license

• Ability to communicate in Hindi, English, and local language (Not proficient but required to communicate with customers face to face, over calls and WhatsApp)

• Carpenter should be physically fit with good hand-eye coordination

• Age under 35 years

• Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with co-workers

• Able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines

Training

• All carpenters will be given 7 to 10 days of in house training
