Conducting legal research and providing day-to-day legal support for legal associates, including but not limited to providing legal risks, advice, and updates on the company’s business activities
Undertake assignments from legal associates as may be needed
Reviewing and administering the company’s legal documentation
Assisting in conducting legal due diligence
Summarize legal document
Translation document if needed
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law
Excellent and has an in-depth understanding of business and corporate laws and other e-commerce related regulations
Understand legal administration, legal review, and legal drafting
Good in English both written and spoken
Tech-savvy, particularly in G-suite (word, excel, and PowerPoint
Having analytical thinking, initiatives, and learning abilities
Ability to work with limited supervision
Good team player with good communication skills
