The fundamentals of the role will require the ability to coordinate and implement media, advertising, events, digital content, partnership campaigns - both trade and direct, EDM delivery and coordination as well as social media content creation. Evolution of process, delivery and outcomes is also high on the wish list in order yo continually improve and fine tune efforts.
Responsibilities
- Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
- Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
- Develop content for a variety of marketing campaigns & initiatives
- CRM facilitation and utilization
- Activation of channels for Campaigns through digital and social platforms
- In house communication and training
- Maintaining and creating supplier and partner relationships
- Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
- Manage and allocate budget correctly
Qualifications
- Formal qualification is Marketing or related field
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
- CRM experience desired
- Social & Digital Marketing skills preferred
